Smith’s Poly JF/FC Fast Cure Joint Filler is a Heavy-Duty, Self-Leveling, Pour Grade, Moisture Tolerant, 2-component Semi-Rigid Polyurethane Joint Filler used for to filling and protecting joint edges subject to traffic erosion and spalling under industrial forklift, caster and vehicular traffic as well as heavy loads. Smith’s Poly JF/FC yields tenacious adhesion to clean, sound and solid substrates such as Concrete, Epoxy Mortars, Cementitious Urethane Mortars, Polymer Modified Concrete Overlays as well as a variety of industrial coating systems. Can be applied as thick as 5” in depth and 1.5″ wide in a single lift.

Smith’s Poly JF – Fast Cure Joint Filler (Semi-Rigid) may be shaved as soon as it is hard set and tack free. Diamond Grinding may occur in roughly 2 1/2 hours at 72°F with 50% Ambient Humidity. Final service temperatures should remain between 40°F (4.4°C) to 200°F (93°C) in order to maintain intended properties.
